Many of us often wish we had a bit more energy to see us through the day. American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolium) is a classic adaptogen that improves vigor and energy, helps the body torecover from illness, and increases resistance to environmental stresses.

It has an overall gentler, less “stimulating” energy than Asian Ginseng (Panax ginseng), and both can help to maintain healthy blood sugar levels.

Wild stands of American Ginseng have been over-harvested in North America, however, so it’s all the more important to purchase products which use only sustainably grown plants!
