Annoying Nagging Cough?

This is where candy may actually be considered okay for you!

Licorice root is one of the best things you can take for a cough to help soothe the irritation of that annoying tickle. Of course licorice root isn’t something that is always easily accessible to all of us. So the next best thing is actual black licorice. If you can, try finding some with a low sugar content, or purchase an all natural organic licorice from local specialty shops. The brand Panda makes a great all natural licorice, that taste great too. Store your licorice in a well sealed bag, and it will keep for those times that tickle just won’t seem to stop.
