Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a regular size glass of water. Drink before or after each meal. Apple cider vinegar helps in the digestion process, and is also known to be a natural antibacterial. It may help eliminate some of the bacteria in your mouth and between your teeth that causes bad breath.
