If you have dry scalp or hair, try massaging your scalp with some warmed coconut oil a couple of times a week. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes each time and wrap a warm, wet towel on your hair to help it soak in. (If you can leave it on overnight, even better! Just be sure to put a towel down on your pillow, as the oil can leave a stain.) You can add a few drops of Rosemary essential oil to the melted oil before applying, to help increase circulation.
For glowing skin, add a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil to your bath water – it’ll melt in the water and soften you as you soak!
