Dandruff can make you feel really self conscious. It can also steer you away from wearing some of favorite dark winter colors because it shows the flakes way too easily.
Here’s a quick tip to help eliminate that dandruff so you can get back to feeling normal.
Take a cup of magnesium sulfate better known as Epsom salts, and dissolve it in your bath water. Try to immerse your head as far in the water as you can, and for as long as possible. Of course avoiding contact with your eyes. Try to soak for at least 30 minutes. Seems like a while, but take the time to relax. Stress can worsen your case of dandruff.
