Here’s a few little tips that may help reduce your condition
1. Try to stay away from trans-fatty acids. This is contained in a lot of milk products, and milk by-products. Also try to avoid margarine, shortening, and vegetable oils.
2. Try changing your pillow case on a regular basis. Bacteria can live on many surfaces and your face is spending at least 6 hours a night one this one.
3. Stay away from creams and lotions that contain oils. Try using a toner after you wash your face. It’ll help grab any of that unwanted dirt/oil that was left behind that will clog your pores.
