		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for posting this.  I&#039;ve been transitioning to a fruitarian diet the last 8 months and have never felt better.  Still having a bit of a hard time letting go of my addiction to stimulating foods with salt and spices but this article reminded me of all the benefits of a fruitarian diet and I&#039;m going to give it my 100%.
