A November 2006 study in the journal ‘Arthritis & Rheumatism’ confirmed that Turmeric effectively reduced joint inflammation.
Curcumin, one of the constituents in Turmeric, was shown to inhibit COX-2, the enzyme associated with promoting joint inflammation. It also provides a host of other benefits, including:
• liver detoxification
• digestive support
• antioxidant protection
