Since beginning a regime of Hair Essentials, Saw Palmetto, and Fem Gold, I have noticed some slight hair regrowth. I am only in my second month, but I am hopeful.
While certainly these products do help, I have also made lifestyle changes to aid in the matter. Hair loss can often be attributed to PCOS and insulin resistance - thus it would be important to have bloodwork done to see if lifestyle changes are required as part of your lifestyle regime.
