Due to PCOS and increase prolactin level, my daughter did not have her periods for 2 years. Contraceptives would help, but her peiods were very heavy and would last about a month. Since beginning a regime of Hair Essentials, Saw Palmetto, and Fem Gold, I have noticed some slight hair regrowth. I am only in my second month, but I am hopeful.
While certainly these products do help, I have also made lifestyle changes to aid in the matter. Hair loss can often be attributed to PCOS and insulin resistance - thus it would be important to have bloodwork done to see if lifestyle changes are required as part of your lifestyle regime.

I bought this product a few weeks ago because I have been told that I have really high estrogen levels and yet really low progesterone, which was making a cyst on my ovary worsen and cause a lot of pain. I haven't used this product much though because everytime I try to take it in with juice, it tastes (and semlls) so bad, it makes it hard to drink all of it! I may try to see if it comes in a pill form instead (if it doesn't, I guess I'll just have to hold my nose and take it quickly!) But I need to take more of it to see if it produces any results.
