We offer a no-strings-attached return policy. If you’re not satisfied, simply call us within 90 days to obtain a return number, then return the product for a refund*.

When we receive your order with a valid return number we will do one of the following, as you request:

1. Refund the purchase price to your credit card*, or
2. Issue a store credit for the purchase price*, or
3. Replace or exchange the merchandise*.

With exception of the Vector Electrolysis machine, the Epilady Legend, and the Epilady Duet, any product can be returned. Because of a manufacturer's policy we can only accept returned Vector Electrolysis machines and Epiladys if they are defective, in which case a replacement will be sent or a refund issued.
