us Shipments within the United States

Orders placed for delivery within the United States will be shipped with UPS, USPS or one of our other various couriers through Amazon fulfillment. All orders received before 9:30a.m PST (12:30p.m. EST) will be processed the same business day, as long as the items are in stock and the customer's billing address matches that on file with their financial institution. If the billing address does not match the address on file with the financial institution, we cannot ship your order until we confirm the correct address. All orders received after 9:30a.m. PST will be processed the next business day. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, then it will be processed the next business day. Please note that processing dates are not guaranteed ship-out dates and that we guarantee delivery times only.

Shipping Restrictions for Delivery Outside of the United States

  • International deliveries may be delayed at the border. This delay is random and not all parcels are stopped. We do not have any control over this.
  • You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be applied by Customs. We do not charge or collect any duties or taxes and do not know how much they may cost you. Check with your local Customs office to determine what, if any, duties and taxes may be applicable.
  • If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and cannot be delivered to you, in most instances, we will need to have the shipment destroyed or discarded. Should this occur, we will be unable to refund your order.
